Examination Modes and Levels
Offline Exclusivity for National and International Candidates
The Multisensory Linguistic Olympiad offers a single-level examination that will be conducted exclusively in offline mode for both national and international participants.
Provision for Online Examination
Students residing in cities lacking designated exam centres are afforded the convenience of registering for the online mode to ensure their participation.
Examination Structure
The Exam paper will consists of questions requiring short answers. Please note that children will receive reading assistance during the exam, and they are not required to read the questions independently.
Examination Length
The duration of the offline exam will vary according to the grade level:
Nursery -> 1 Hour
Jr. KG and Sr. KG -> 1 Hour and 30 Minutes
Grade 1 and 2 -> 2 Hours
Grade 3 and 4 -> 2 Hours
Grade 5 and 6 -> 2.5 Hours
Paper Structure
The exam paper consists of 10 questions each for Nursery, Junior KG, Senior KG, Grade 1, and Grade 2. Grade 3 has 16 questions, Grade 4 has 15 questions, Grade 5 has 17 questions, and Grade 6 has 18 questions.
The Exam paper will be divided into four separate sections:
- Section 1: Reading
- Section 2: Writing
- Section 3: Listening
- Section 4: Speaking
Grading System
We allocate a specific number of marks for each grade level to ensure fair assessment. Here’s how it break down:
- Nursery – Total Marks alloted is 60.
- Junior KG & Senior KG – Total Marks alloted is 80.
- Grade 1 & Grade 2 – Total Marks alloted is 100.
- Grade 3 & Grade 4 – Total Marks allotted is 120
- Grade 5 & Grade 6 – Total Marks allotted is 140
Please Note : We do not impose any negative marks policy. Your performance is evaluated solely on your achievements.

Accolades
- All participants will receive a certificate of participation after the exam.
- Trophies and medals will be awarded to the top five rank holders.
- Merit medals will be awarded to students who achieve merit.
- A report card will be provided to all participants once the results are declared.

Assistance and Education
Enrolled Students will receive a Guardian's Manual, offering comprehensive explanations of the entire exam syllabus alongside solved exercises. Additionally, they will have access to a Study Companion book featuring eight to ten sets of practice question papers, moreover, a Brain Teaser - Tester (Sample Question Paper) will be provided to aid in preparation.
Interactive Virtual Sessions
All enrolled participants have the option to join Paid interactive Online Sessions, specially designed to enhance their preparation for the Multisensory Linguistic Exam.
